How to install ANYTHING in Ubuntu!

Back back again after a very very long time :D
this post specially for ubuntu newbies it's about the installation of anything on ubuntu
if you can't install your software on ubuntu
if you can't find the .exe files
if you damps with all of that just try this link and you will find it too easy
